Mumbles Yacht Club is located on the sea front at the south end of Mumbles, enjoying an enviable setting and wonderful views across Swansea Bay. We are ambitious, seeking to attract new members and we intend to invest in the club to support future growth.
The Club wishes to appoint a new Club Manager to replace our recently retired and long-serving Steward. The person appointed will have the expertise to manage the Club bar and catering operation and the day to day operation of the Clubhouse.
He/she will have relevant experience at managerial or assistant managerial level in the catering/licensing field and be self-motivating sufficient to increase Club turn-over and profitability.
A salary in the region of £23000 to £25000 per annum is payable, depending on experience, together with the possibility of bonus payments.
